He is committed to strengthening the Institute\u2019s engagement with Canberra\u2019s diplomatic community through collaboration and diplomatic-specific events. In addition to his role at the AIIA, he also serves as the Consular and Diplomatic Affairs Officer at the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His interests include international affairs, foreign languages, and cultural exchange. In the late 2010s, Narayan founded and ran the Overseas Students\u2019 Laptop Foundation, supporting students across multiple countries with donated devices.
